We recently had the pleasure of talking with the Corporate Crime Reporter regarding the genesis and recent work on the Registry. It was great timing, as we've put in a fair bit of effort lately to update the site's infrastructure to accommodate an ever-growing list of entities. Jon also discussed recent FOIA requests for a dozen undisclosed non-prosecution agreements and a list of all such agreements the DOJ has struck. That effort is still in process.
